  • FREE SHIPPING

Trinity Hills Co. offers free shipping as a shipping option to all U.S. orders over $50.


  • SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

We ship and process five days a week, and are always working around the clock to make sure you receive your orders quickly. Most orders placed between Monday-Saturday are processed within 24-48 hours (not including Sundays) and shipped soon after. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or (most) holidays, but will be processed immediately upon our return to the office.


During peak shopping seasons and sales we may experience a high volume of orders. At this time, orders may experience a slight delay in processing. If for any reason there’s a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number provided when you placed your order.


We are not responsible for nor can we provide information on delays based on USPS and other shipping carriers’ delivery procedures.


  • SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We know no one anticipates waiting for their package, so in aiming to offer a dope experience, we offer free shipping, USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express options.

  • SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Got a P.O. Box address? No big deal, we’ve got you covered. Trinity Hills Co. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO territories.


  • SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is processed you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is typically active within 24 hours.


  • DAMAGES

Trinity Hills Co. is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. We recommend contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you receive your order damaged, we do offer exchanges. Please read ahead at the Exchanges section.


  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Trinity Hills Co. ships internationally to any area to which the United States is allowed to send goods. If you are an international customer, please be aware that shipment time does not include any delays due to customs procedures, and additional duties and taxes may be due at the time you receive your shipment. Trinity Hills Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)


  • WHERE’S MY DAMN PACKAGE?

Still haven’t received your package? Don’t trip. We’re here to work with you to get your order as soon as possible. If you’ve already received your tracking number, read on to find out how to track your package by carrier at any time.

  • SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL

As soon as your order has been processed and your package is prepared to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number. Depending on when you placed your order, items may ship that day, the next day or within a day or two if holiday closures and order volume are a factor. 


If you don’t recall receiving a shipping confirmation email, take a moment to double check your spam accounts and/or junk folder. If you can’t find the email there, consider whether it’s possible you placed the order using a different email address. Once you’ve exhausted all these options and you still can’t locate an email or tracking number, hit us up at support@trinityhillsgrooming.com and include any relevant information about your order. We typically request that you provide your name, order number (from your order confirmation email) and shipping address.
